... Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until midnight EDT

* locations... the tidal Delaware River in northern Delaware...
southeast Pennsylvania and southwest New Jersey.

* Coastal flooding... minor tidal flooding at times of high tide,
especially this evening. The minor tidal flooding may be
widespread with the high tide starting late this afternoon.

* Timing... high tide occurs in the upper Delaware Bay at Reedy
Point just after 5 PM this afternoon. It takes several
hours for the high tide cycle to work its way up the Delaware
River and its tributaries.

* Impacts... some flooding of low-lying roads and areas is

* Outlook... additional minor coastal flooding is possible Monday
at high tide.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A coastal Flood Advisory means that minor tidal
flooding is expected minor tidal flooding often results in
some Road closures. Usually... the most vulnerable roadways
will flood.

Do not leave your vehicle at a location that is prone to tidal
flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flood waters. The
water may be deeper than you think it is. You will be putting
yourself in danger and your vehicle may be damaged... leading to
costly repairs.
